ComveyAI provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate text, code, images, voiceovers, and other media ("Output") based on user inputs and prompts ("Input"). We utilize third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI and other providers) to power these services.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

  • Subscriptions: Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected plan.

  • Billing: Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full financial details.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Except as required by applicable law, all fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the Inputs you provide to the Service.

  • Assignment of Rights: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Fiveways International Limited hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Output generated by the Service based on your Inputs. You are free to use the Output for personal or commercial purposes.

  • Platform Rights: The ComveyAI interface, branding, code, logos, and proprietary features remain the exclusive property of Fiveways International Limited.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, generating:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence.

  • Sexually explicit material or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

  • Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.

  • Fraudulent content or deepfakes intended to deceive.

  • Viruses, malware, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate this policy.

6. Disclaimers regarding AI

  • Accuracy: The Service uses experimental AI technology. We do not guarantee that the Output will be accurate, complete, or error-free. You should verify all Output before using it.

  • No Professional Advice: The Output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • Similarity: Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, different users may receive similar or identical Output for similar prompts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong:

  • Fiveways International Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Service.

  • Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
